Overview

TestSeriesPro is organizing the Chennai Academic Championship 2026, a large inter-school academic competition for students from Class 6 to Class 12.

To ensure maximum participation across schools in Chennai, we are hiring energetic and responsible volunteers to support our outreach campaign. This role involves directly connecting with schools and delivering official event communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned schools within your allocated zone.
• Submit official invitation letters and event brochures to school administration.
• Briefly explain the event details to school staff when required.
• Collect basic confirmation or response from schools.
• Complete approximately 10 school visits per day.
• Capture and submit geo-tagged photos as proof of each school visit.
• Update visit status through a simple reporting form.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in interacting with school authorities.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.
• Time management and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of field coordination/reporting.

Requirements

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Smartphone with internet access (for reporting & geo-tagged photos).
• Candidates must be responsible and committed.
• Male and female candidates can apply.

Qualifications

• Open to college students, fresh graduates, freelancers, and part-time workers.
• Prior experience in field marketing or outreach is an advantage (not mandatory).

Duration

• Short-term campaign (1–2 days only).

Locations

• Multiple zones across Chennai.

Payouts

• ₹500 per day (Volunteer fee)
• ₹200 travel allowance per day
Total: ₹700 per day

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

• Number of schools visited per day.
• Submission of geo-tagged visit proof for each school.
• Accuracy and completion of reporting.
• Professional interaction with school representatives.
• Timely completion of assigned zones.
